2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer for Sale in Warwick

“Bold and Beautiful” is an apt description of the 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer. For this latest model year, novel colors like Nitro Yellow Metallic and Fountain Blue will immediately turn heads, while the overall exterior design represents Chevy’s approach to modern automotive style.

Versatility is another hallmark of the Trailblazer. Inside, there’s generous space for five, with legroom galore for everyone. If cargo is the priority, you can flatten the backseat for 54.4 cubic feet of hauling space; the front passenger seat can be folded flat as well to swallow bulky items as long as 8.5 feet. When properly equipped, the Trailblazer can tow a small trailer and gear with a total weight of up to 1,000 pounds.

Best of all, the Trailblazer is configurable to suit a wide range of budgets and preferences. The entry-level version has standard conveniences like a touchscreen infotainment display and advanced safety technology, while higher trims get standard luxury touches such as a power moonroof and hands-free power tailgate.

Trims and Powertrains

The 2023 Trailblazer’s foursome of trims consists of the LS, LT, ACTIV, and RS. The front-wheel-drive (FWD) LS and LT have a turbocharged 1.2-liter three-cylinder engine with an output of 137 horsepower and 162 lb.-ft. of torque; it’s paired with a continuously variable transmission (CVT). When those two trims are instead equipped with the available all-wheel drive (AWD), they’re upgraded with a turbocharged 1.3-liter three-cylinder powerplant (155 horsepower and 175 lb.-ft. of torque) and a nine-speed automatic gearbox. The ACTIV and RS get the upgraded engine and transmission regardless of their drivetrain.

The LS and LT with FWD are EPA-rated for 29 mpg around town and 31 mpg on the highway (that changes to 33 mpg on the open road for the FWD-equipped ACTIV and RS). All AWD Trailblazers have a fuel economy rating of 26 mpg in the city and 30 mpg on the highway.

Standard Features

The LS has everything needed to maximize the Trailblazer’s cargo space, like the aforementioned fold-flat front passenger seatback and a 40/60-split folding rear seat. The driver will appreciate conveniences such as power side mirrors, halogen headlamps with automatic on/off, and a tilt/telescopic steering column. This most affordable trim also has manual air conditioning, 17-inch aluminum wheels, and cloth seating. The LT adds quite a bit: heated front seats, remote start, cruise control, keyless entry, a ten-way power driver’s seat with lumbar controls, a 4.2-inch driver information display, rear privacy glass, and LED fog lights.

Chevy’s engineers designed the ACTIV for light off-road travel, such as gravel paths; it has a specially tuned suspension, all-terrain tires, a skid plate, and chromed front and rear lower fascias. It also gets unique exterior accents, a leather-wrapped steering wheel (heated) and shift knob, leatherette-trimmed seats, and LED taillights. At the top of the Trailblazer hierarchy is the RS, which trades in the ACTIV’s off-road stuff for some extra refinement. It gets all-season tires on 18-inch aluminum wheels and exclusive upholstery in a blend of cloth and leatherette, along with unique front and rear treatments.

The optional Sun and Liftgate Package can be added to the ACTIV and RS for a power dual-panel moonroof and a hands-free power liftgate. The LT, ACTIV, and RS are available with the Convenience Package (single-zone automatic climate control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, dual sliding visors with illuminated vanity mirror, and additional infotainment features). All Trailblazer standard and optional features are subject to availability.

Standard Safety Technology and Upgrades

Chevy Safety Assist is standard across the Trailblazer lineup, equipping every trim with forward collision alert, automatic emergency braking, front pedestrian braking, lane keep assist with lane departure warning, following distance indicator, and automatic high beams. All trims are available with the Driver Confidence Package (blind-spot monitoring with lane change alert, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear parking sensors); this package will also add cruise control to the LS. Adaptive cruise control is available on the LT and included in the Technology Package (ACTIV and RS only), which adds LED headlights, an upgraded rearview camera, and additional infotainment features (detailed below). The standard safety equipment includes ten airbags, anti-lock brakes, and stability control.

Trailblazer Infotainment and Connectivity

A 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system is the rule on the ’23 Trailblazer; its main features are wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a sound system, SiriusXM satellite radio, dual USB ports, and access to Chevrolet connected services, OnStar, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. The optional Convenience Package (offered for the LT and above) upgrades the touchscreen to 8 inches and adds rear USB ports and a 120-volt outlet. Available on the ACTIV and RS, the Technology Package (which includes the contents of the Convenience Package) elevates the sound with a seven-speaker Bose audio setup and upgraded SiriusXM service; it also includes wireless device charging, and an SD card reader.
