The 2025 Blazer has four trim packages to choose from: 2LT, 3LT, RS, and Premier. With the exception of the RS, each of them comes with a 2.0-liter turbo 4-cylinder engine and a 9-speed automatic transmission. This powertrain can produce up to 228 horsepower and 258 lb.-ft. of torque, plus it has a towing capacity of up to 3,250 pounds when the proper trailering equipment is installed.
The RS carries a 3.6-liter V6 engine that’s paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission and generates up to 308 horsepower and 270 lb.-ft. of torque. It can also tow up to 4,500 pounds when it’s properly equipped. This V6 is an available upgrade for both the 3LT and Premier. Although front-wheel drive (FWD) is standard on every trim, the entire Blazer lineup can be outfitted with available all-wheel drive (AWD). A drive-mode selector with five settings for Off-Road, Sport, Snow/Ice, Tour, and Tow/Haul.
The 2LT comes with remote start, deep-tinted glass, heated power side mirrors, a dual-outlet exhaust with bright tips, keyless open and start, and LED lighting (auto headlights/daytime running lights/taillights), and 18-inch Grazen Metallic aluminum wheels. Inside, you’ll find premium cloth upholstery, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front bucket seats, an eight-way power driver seat, a 4.2-inch driver information center, two USB data ports (front row), and two USB charging ports (second row). The 3LT trades fabric for perforated leather-appointed seating trim and adds a six-way power passenger seat, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and Universal Home Remote, a programmable power liftgate with height memory, black roof rails, and auto-dimming side mirrors.
In addition to its more robust powertrain, the RS (Rally Sport) has a heated steering wheel, a hands-free gesture liftgate, a Bose sound system, wireless device charging, ambient interior lighting, an 8-inch driver information center, and a 120-volt power outlet. In outward appearance, this trim distinguishes itself with 20-inch Technical Gray aluminum wheels, all-season blackwall tires, and a signature grille with a high-gloss, black hexagonal design, black header bar, black Chevy bowtie emblem, and RS badging. The Premier comes with perforated leather upholstery with sueded microfiber accents, bright front sill plates, all-season blackwall tires, dual-outlet exhaust with rectangular bright tips, silver roof rails, 20-inch machined-face aluminum wheels, and chrome accents on the signature grille, door handles, and Iron Gray Metallic body-side moldings.
There are two optional blacked-out appearance packages for the 2LT and 3LT trims. First is the Midnight/Sport Edition, which includes 18-inch black-painted aluminum wheels with black center caps and logos, a black grille, black badging, and black side-view mirrors. Second is the Redline Edition, which consists of a Jet Black interior and three exterior paint choices (Black, Iridescent Pearl Tricoat, and Summit White) and red accents in various places, including the 20-inch aluminum wheels.
The Chevy Safety Assist technology suite is standard on every trim level. It includes forward collision alert, following distance indicator, automatic emergency braking, front pedestrian braking, lane keep assist with lane departure warning, and auto high beams. GM’s Teen Driver feature also standard as a measure of helping new drivers form safe habits behind the wheel. The Driver Confidence package, found on 3LT and higher, includes lane change alert with side blind-zone alert, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear park assist.
Multimedia and infotainment for every ‘25 Blazer trim is managed by the cloud-connected Chevrolet Infotainment 3 Plus system, which has a 10.2-inch HD color touchscreen. Its standard technologies include wireless versions of Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth hands-free phone and audio streaming, Wi-Fi hotspot capability, and a trial subscription for SiriusXM with 360L. While the lower trims have a standard sound system with six speakers, the RS and Premier upgrade to an 8-speaker Bose premium audio system and connected navigation with enhanced voice recognition.
