The 2025 Chevrolet Silverado EV has the crew cab configuration, a 71-inch cargo bed, and three trim choices: LT Extended Range, RST Extended Range, and RST Max Range. The LT Extended Range promises an estimated 408 miles of range, with its dual motors producing up to 645 horsepower and 765 lb.-ft. of torque (in Wide Open Watts mode). It offers up to 12,500 pounds of towing capacity and 1,800 pounds of payload. The RST Extended Range has a 390-mile range with power specifications identical to the LT. Topping the lineup, the RST Max Range boasts a GM-estimated 460 miles of range. All trims feature standard all-wheel drive via a dual-motor platform based on 800-volt architecture. The LT Extended Range and RST Extended Range support 300 kW Level 3/DC fast charging, while the RST Max Range uses 350 kW DC fast charging.
The LT Extended Range trim has a long list of standard amenities, including Evotex leatherette upholstery, heated and ventilated 12-way power front seats, heated rear outboard seats, a heated steering wheel, a driver memory system, a power hood, a Multi-Flex Tailgate (with EZ lift assist and power locking), and an 11-inch driver information display. This edition also has LED exterior lighting with automatic headlamps, proximity keyless entry, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated power side mirrors (with power-folding and driver-side auto-dimming features), rear privacy glass, a 7.2 kW Offboarding Power system (for tools and small appliances), cargo bed outlets (four 120-volt, one 240-volt), a 60/40 split-folding rear bench seat, remote start, wireless device charging, multiple USB ports, ambient cabin lighting, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and 18-inch aluminum wheels.
The RST Extended Range adds a glass roof, all-wheel steering, an adaptive air-ride suspension, the Multi-Flex Midgate (the wall between the bed and cab can be folded to accommodate longer items), and additional visibility support (a digital rearview mirror, a bed-view camera, trailer camera views, and a head-up display). Chevrolet also adds a spray-on bedliner, an in-vehicle trailering app, a tire inflator kit, and 24-inch wheels. The larger battery pack and greater range account for the bulk of the upgrade to the RST Max Range. This edition also gets side-view mirrors with integrated turn signals and puddle lamps.
Chevrolet includes many standard advanced driver-assist features with the 2025 Silverado EV. These technologies include forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-zone steering assist, lane departure warning, lane-keeping assist, side bicyclist alert, and front pedestrian and bicyclist braking. There’s also GM’s Safety Alert Seat (the driver’s seat vibrates during certain safety notifications), rear cross-traffic braking, reverse automatic braking, following distance indicator, a surround-view monitor, rear pedestrian alert, and front and rear parking sensors. Blind-zone steering assist with trailering, automatic parking assist, driver attention assist, and Super Cruise hands-free highway driving are optional on the LT and standard on the higher grades. A set of seven airbags is installed on all trims, as are anti-lock brakes, stability control, traction control, and a rearview monitor.
All Silverado EV trims get a 17.7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with natural voice recognition and Google built-in, providing access to Google Maps, Google Assistance, and other popular apps. This advanced multimedia array also has SiriusXM satellite radio, a seven-speaker Bose audio system, Wi-Fi hotspot capability, and access to OnStar services and navigation.
