Dale, Kept me informed and service was quick. The only thing is it would have been nice, If they cleaned window in the area they put the inspection sticker. Instead of just putting new sticker in place of old one.

The customer service was exceptional. Joe Pupa was courteous and listened to my description of the problem. He found the solution quickly and scheduled a follow-up appointment. When I left phone messages he returned the calls right away. He also arranged for a complimentary Uber to take us to the airport on the day of the appointment. The car was finished when we returned from our trip. Our experiences with Balise customer service have always been positive.

This is the 3rd time! As usual poor service never fails. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Didn't do the tire rotation once again , never set the oil gage back to 100%. Didn't top off fluids. And I have oil spots on my 1yr old driveway when I parked the truck after the oil change. I've brought this truck for service 3 times and every time I leave unsatisfied! This is by far the worst service dept around.

I am having rough shifting issues on my 2023 colorado. I asked to get a transmission flush at 46,000 miles. The manager informed me that doing this probably won't fix this issue and reminded me of my warranty. He explained that its a costly service. I appreciated him looking out for me.

I brought the Cruze in for an oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. The LED Strip needed changing in the back window and there was a blown-out bulb. But at over 100,000 things are going to start wearing out and blowing out. Everything was done and dusted in under two hours and at a fair price.

We were having a digital notice about ( shift park ) once we shut the engine off. And the sound of ding ding would come on. The was in park and the engine off. This happened a few times. We called made an appointment. The Friday before our appointment we were planning to leave to run errands. And the digital info came up along with the ding ding. Would not stop. So we decided to drive the car to Balise service and ask if they could look at. We asked if could have the car early Monday and they said they would. We received a call Saturday morning that our car was done. We appreciate what the service department did to our vehicle done so we could do what we needed do on Monday. We had family arriving at the airport and 3 people and luggage we needed our vehicle. So we really appreciate the Balise dealership to expedite everything to more than we hoped for.

The dealership is nice. The staff is very friendly. The waiting room is comfortable with a tv, and they offer water and coffee complimentary. However, oil changes/tire rotations are $100+ and it took almost two hours with an appointment with only those two items completed.
