Chevrolet’s midsized three-row SUV boasts class-leading maximum cargo volume of up to 98 cubic feet with both rear rows stowed. Its three rows accommodate seven passengers, with an optional second-row bench for those who need to fit eight. Hitch Guidance and Hitch View also come standard, while a factory-installed trailer hitch allows the Traverse to tow up to 5,000 pounds. Chevrolet has streamlined the Traverse lineup for 2027, dropping the upscale High Country. The Hit the Road Package, which adds rooftop crossbars and molded assist steps, is now available on the LT, as are two new wheel designs. The Z71 has a fresh Jet Black and Oregon Natural Tan interior color scheme and high-gloss black machined-face wheels; it’s also eligible for a new Adventure Package (rooftop cross bars, molded assist steps, flat splash guards, and 18-inch gloss-black aluminum wheels).
